Providence area in particular...
I know it's cold out there and you've moved your hoops indoors, but I can arrange, at least for a few times, for a nice warm indoor area in which to hoop. Are you out there?? I just want hoopers for Christmas this year Santa!!!

I'm a grad student at Brown who just got into hooping while away in California for the semester. I'd love to start a hooping group with you when I get back to Providence towards the end of January. Let me know if you're interested (or if there's already hoopers in Providence).

Sun, December 16, 2007 - 10:25 PMWe could do this two ways; you can message me with which days/times are good, or you can answer here and maybe, just maybe, a few of us will have the same days/times.
It's at a gym on the East Side, so they've got a schedule for when the room is free, generally 1pm - 4pm on weekdays, which is pretty much when I'm available too. There's a big mirror and speakers and you can bring whatever music you like. -

Hooping where it's warm with cool people, is totally worth it. ;)

Tue, December 18, 2007 - 11:26 AMBeing a grad student, I have a bit of an uneven schedule, but I'll come when I can (when I get back to Providence in January). Are weekends necessarily out? I've found that in San Francisco, that's when everyone's uniformly available.

January 22nd, Tuesday 4-5pm Hooping Workshop. Further information TBA, but we have a date and time! Bring yourself, some music you like, and hoops will be provided, though feel free to bring any you'd like.
